What the site is

A free list where players find Minecraft servers and vote for them, and where server owners list their servers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mojang, Microsoft or any listed server. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

Accounts

You must be 13 or older, and give a real email address you can read.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password private. Tell us if you think someone else has it.
One person should not run many accounts to get around a limit or a ban.

Listing a server

List only servers you own or are authorised to list, and prove it with the verification methods we offer. Do not try to claim a server that is not yours.
Everything you publish (name, description, banner, links) must be accurate and yours to use. No illegal content, hate, harassment, sexual content, malware or phishing links, misleading claims, or impersonating another server or person.
Banners must be the sizes we ask for and must not contain content that would not be allowed in the rest of the listing. Animated banners must not flash rapidly.
You keep ownership of what you publish. You give us permission to show it on the site and in its pages, previews and search results for as long as the listing exists.
Some listings were created by us from the public status and address a server publishes. They are unclaimed. The owner can claim, edit or ask us to remove them at any time.

Voting

One vote per Minecraft player, per server, per 24 hours. Use your own username.
No bots, scripts, proxies, VPNs used to vote repeatedly, vote exchanges, or paying for votes. A server may reward players in its own game for voting, but may not pay for votes any other way.
We may remove votes, reset a ranking, hide a listing or close an account where we believe the rules were broken. We decide, and our decision about the ranking is final.

Using the site

Do not attack, overload or probe the site or the servers listed on it, scrape it in a way that harms it, or try to get around its limits and security. The free tools (RGB text generator, banner maker) are yours to use for your own server, and what you make with them is yours.

Votifier and server access

When you give us Votifier details, you allow us to connect to that address and send votes and test votes to it. We store the details encrypted and use them for nothing else. You can disconnect them or delete your listing at any time.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. Player counts, uptime and rankings are automatic and can be wrong or delayed. We do not promise it will always be available, that listings are accurate, or that any server is safe, suitable or well run. Play on servers at your own judgement.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site or from a listed server, for content posted by owners, or for anything outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from My servers. We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that break these terms or put the site or its users at risk.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell account holders. Using the site after that means you accept the change. Questions or problems: contact us, and see the privacy policy for how we handle personal data.
